  • How do I place an order?

    Choose your colour and size, add the item to your basket, then go to checkout. Fill in your name, phone number and address and place your order. No account is needed.

  • How can I pay?

    We accept cash on delivery only: you pay when your order arrives.

  • How much does delivery cost?

    Delivery is free anywhere in Morocco.

  • When will my order arrive?

    In 2 to 5 working days. We call you to confirm your order before it ships.

  • Can I change or cancel my order?

    Yes, tell us when we call to confirm your order, or contact customer service as soon as possible.

  • How do I find my size?

    Each product shows the sizes available in the selected colour. Sizes that are crossed out are currently sold out.

  • Can I return an item?

    Yes, you have 30 days from delivery to return or exchange an unworn item with its labels.

  • Where are my favourites saved?

    Favourites and your basket are saved on this device, in this browser.
